Welcome to Parkzzee.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Parkzzee website, mobile application, platform, services, and related technology (collectively, the “Platform”).
Parkzzee is a technology-enabled parking marketplace that allows users to discover, compare, reserve, and pay for parking spaces made available by independent parking-space owners, businesses, property owners, operators, or other third parties (“Parking Providers”).

2. NATURE OF PARKZZEE'S SERVICES
Parkzzee operates as a technology platform and intermediary that facilitates interactions between Users seeking parking and Parking Providers offering parking spaces.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Parkzzee:
- does not own the Parking Space;
- does not operate the Parking Space;
- does not physically maintain the Parking Space;
- does not employ the personnel managing the Parking Space;
- does not take possession of or custody of the User's Vehicle;
- does not supervise the Vehicle while it is parked;
- does not guarantee the physical condition, security, suitability, availability, or quality of any Parking Space;
- does not guarantee that a Parking Provider will perform its obligations;
- does not become the owner, custodian, bailee, driver, insurer, or operator of any Vehicle; and
- does not assume responsibility for the acts or omissions of Parking Providers or other third parties, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law.
The actual parking service is provided by the applicable Parking Provider. Parkzzee's primary role is to provide the technology through which Users may discover and reserve Parking Spaces and through which Parking Providers may make their Parking Spaces available.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using Parkzzee, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these Terms;
- you agree to comply with these Terms;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;

If you are using Parkzzee on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. ELIGIBILITY
Users must meet the minimum legal requirements applicable to them for entering into contracts and using the Platform.
If you are below the applicable legal age or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding agreement, you must not independently use Parkzzee unless permitted under applicable law and with the required consent or supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized person.
Parkzzee reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
5. USER ACCOUNT
Certain Parkzzee features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- keeping your account information updated;
- preventing unauthorized access to your account;
- notifying Parkzzee promptly if you suspect unauthorized access; and
- all activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must not:
- create an account using false information;
- impersonate another person;
- create an account for fraudulent purposes;
- share your account credentials with unauthorized persons;
- use another person's account without permission; or
- create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, promotions, suspensions, or other Platform controls.
Parkzzee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. PARKING SPACE LISTINGS
Parking Providers are responsible for creating and maintaining their listings. Information displayed on a listing may include location, photographs, parking capacity, vehicle restrictions, operating hours, pricing, availability, dimensions, entry and exit instructions, security features, accessibility information, facilities, restrictions, cancellation rules, and other relevant information.
Parkzzee may display information supplied by Parking Providers and may obtain certain information through technology or third-party services. Although Parkzzee may take reasonable steps to facilitate accurate listings, Parkzzee does not guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, current, safe, suitable, or continuously available.
Parking Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that their listings accurately represent their Parking Spaces.
7. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARKING PROVIDERS
Parking Providers are independently responsible for the Parking Spaces they list. Each Parking Provider is responsible for:
- lawful ownership, possession, or authorization to operate the Parking Space;
- obtaining any required permissions, licenses, registrations, or approvals;
- maintaining the Parking Space in a reasonably safe and usable condition;
- maintaining appropriate access and entry arrangements;
- ensuring that the Parking Space is suitable for the vehicles accepted;
- providing accurate information;
- honoring confirmed Bookings;
- maintaining any physical security measures represented in the listing;
- complying with applicable laws and regulations;
- maintaining appropriate insurance where legally required or commercially appropriate;
- maintaining equipment installed or controlled by the Parking Provider;
- resolving physical-site issues;
- handling disputes arising from the physical Parking Space; and
- protecting Users and Vehicles to the extent required by applicable law and the Parking Provider's representations.
Parkzzee does not become responsible for these obligations merely because a Parking Space is displayed or booked through the Platform.
8. VEHICLE DAMAGE, THEFT, LOSS, OR OTHER INCIDENTS
8.1 Primary Responsibility
The Parking Provider is responsible for the Parking Space and its physical premises, including the maintenance, management, operation, and security of the parking facility, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim relating to damage to a Vehicle, theft of a Vehicle, theft of items from a Vehicle, vandalism, scratches, dents, broken glass, collision within the Parking Space, damage caused by parking infrastructure, damage caused by gates, barriers, bollards, ramps, lifts, damage caused by Parking Provider personnel, damage caused by unsafe conditions at the Parking Space, or loss of personal belongings left inside a Vehicle shall be directed primarily to the relevant Parking Provider or other responsible third party.
Parkzzee is a technology intermediary and does not take custody or possession of Vehicles merely because a Booking is made through the Platform.
8.2 No Bailment or Custody
Unless expressly agreed in writing, use of Parkzzee does not create a relationship of bailment, custody, possession, or safekeeping between Parkzzee and the User or Vehicle. The User remains responsible for the Vehicle and its contents. Parking Providers remain responsible for the operation and maintenance of their respective Parking Spaces, subject to applicable law.
8.3 Parkzzee's Limited Role in Incidents
If an incident occurs, Parkzzee may, where reasonably possible: provide relevant Booking information, facilitate communication between the User and Parking Provider, provide available transaction records, assist with submitting information to the appropriate party, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Such assistance does not mean that Parkzzee accepts liability for the incident.
8.4 Evidence and Reporting
Users should immediately report any theft, damage, accident, or other incident to:
- the Parking Provider;
- the appropriate police or emergency authority where appropriate; and
- Parkzzee where the incident relates to a Booking made through the Platform.
Users should preserve photographs, videos, receipts, CCTV information, Booking details, and other relevant evidence.
9. PARKZZEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE VEHICLE SECURITY
Parkzzee does not guarantee that a Vehicle will be protected from theft, protected from damage, monitored continuously, protected by security personnel, covered by CCTV, protected against natural events, protected against third-party actions, or otherwise secured.
Security features, CCTV, guards, LPR systems, gates, barriers, or other infrastructure may be provided by the Parking Provider and may vary between locations. Users should review the listing information and make their own assessment before parking.
10. LPR, AUTOMATED ENTRY AND EXIT SYSTEMS
Certain Parking Spaces may use license plate recognition (“LPR”), automated barriers, gates, cameras, sensors, QR codes, digital access systems, or other technology. Where such systems are available:
- the Vehicle's registration number may be processed for access and operational purposes;
- the system may automatically identify Vehicles;
- entry or exit may depend on successful identification;
- technical failures may occur;
- lighting, weather, positioning, dirt, obstruction, camera malfunction, or other technical factors may affect recognition;
- users may be required to follow additional instructions; and
- Parkzzee does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party or Parking Provider equipment.
Users must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, damage, disable, or interfere with automated parking systems.
11. MAKING A BOOKING
A User may make a Booking by selecting an available Parking Space, entering the required information, selecting the relevant date and time, and completing the applicable payment process. A Booking is considered confirmed only when Parkzzee provides an appropriate confirmation through the Platform or another authorized communication channel. Submitting a Booking request does not necessarily guarantee availability until confirmation is issued. Users are responsible for reviewing all Booking details before confirmation.
12. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR BOOKING INFORMATION
Users must provide accurate information, including Vehicle registration number, Vehicle type, Booking date, arrival time, departure time, contact information, and other information necessary to provide the Service. Providing incorrect Vehicle information may result in denial of entry, delayed entry, inability to identify the Vehicle, cancellation, additional charges, or other consequences determined by the Parking Provider. Parkzzee will not be responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by the User, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
13. PARKING FEES
The price displayed at the time of Booking will generally be the applicable parking fee, subject to applicable taxes, service fees, platform fees, convenience fees, or other clearly disclosed charges. Prices may vary based on location, duration, demand, date and time, Parking Provider, vehicle type, special events, promotions, and other factors. Parking Providers may determine the base parking price for their Parking Spaces, subject to Parkzzee's commercial arrangements and applicable law. Parkzzee may charge separate platform, technology, convenience, membership, or service fees where disclosed.
14. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process the transaction according to the information and payment method provided. Parkzzee does not store sensitive payment credentials except as permitted through its payment service providers and applicable law.
Users must not attempt to use stolen payment methods, reverse legitimate payments fraudulently, manipulate payment systems, make unauthorized chargeback claims, or otherwise interfere with payment processing. Fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension, cancellation, recovery of amounts, and legal action where appropriate.
15. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the Parking Provider's cancellation policy, the Booking terms, time remaining before the Booking, whether the Booking has commenced, whether the Parking Space was unavailable, technical problems, applicable law, and other circumstances disclosed during Booking. Any applicable refund policy shown at the time of Booking will form part of the Booking terms. Where a refund is approved, Parkzzee may process the refund through the original payment method or another appropriate method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
16. PARKZZEE'S ROLE IN REFUNDS
Where Parkzzee facilitates payment, Parkzzee may facilitate refunds in accordance with the applicable Booking terms. However, Parkzzee is not responsible for circumstances caused solely by a Parking Provider, User, payment processor, bank, or other third party, except where required by applicable law.
17. USER ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Users must arrive and depart within the Booking period. Users must follow entry and exit instructions, park only in authorized areas, remain within the permitted Booking duration, avoid blocking other Vehicles, follow signage, comply with instructions of authorized Parking Provider personnel, leave the Parking Space in an appropriate condition, and remove the Vehicle at the end of the Booking. Overstaying may result in additional charges, restrictions, cancellation of future Bookings, or other consequences determined by the Parking Provider and disclosed applicable terms.
18. PARKING RULES
Users must comply with all rules applicable to the Parking Space. These may include restrictions relating to vehicle size, vehicle type, commercial Vehicles, hazardous materials, disabled parking, loading areas, charging areas, reserved spaces, operating hours, speed limits, smoking, waste disposal, noise, vehicle repairs, and other site-specific requirements. Site-specific rules displayed by the Parking Provider may form part of the Booking conditions.
19. PROHIBITED USE
Users must not use Parkzzee or a Parking Space for unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: storing illegal goods; storing hazardous or explosive materials; conducting illegal transactions; using a Parking Space for unauthorized commercial activities; damaging property; tampering with security equipment; attempting unauthorized access; interfering with LPR or automated systems; engaging in threatening or abusive conduct; using false identity information; committing fraud; attempting to manipulate pricing or bookings; reselling Bookings without authorization; using automated systems to abuse the Platform; introducing malware or malicious code; attempting unauthorized access to Parkzzee systems; and violating applicable law.
Parkzzee may immediately suspend or terminate access in response to prohibited activity.
20. PARKING PROVIDER PROPERTY
Users must respect the property and infrastructure of Parking Providers. Users may be held responsible for damage caused by their actions or the actions of persons accompanying them, subject to applicable law. This may include damage to gates, barriers, walls, cameras, sensors, LPR equipment, signage, parking infrastructure, charging equipment, buildings, or other property.
21. EMERGENCIES
In the event of an emergency, Users must follow instructions from emergency personnel, Parking Provider personnel, security personnel, or authorities. Parkzzee may provide information or assistance where reasonably possible but does not operate emergency response services. Users should contact appropriate emergency services directly where immediate assistance is required.
22. PARKZZEE'S TECHNOLOGY
Parkzzee relies on technology, networks, servers, GPS, telecommunications, payment systems, third-party APIs, mapping services, cloud infrastructure, and other systems. Accordingly, the Platform may occasionally experience outages, delays, inaccurate location information, GPS errors, server issues, software bugs, maintenance, connectivity problems, payment failures, incorrect availability, LPR failures, or other technical issues. Parkzzee does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
23. LOCATION INFORMATION
Location information displayed through Parkzzee may be obtained from mapping providers, Parking Providers, GPS services, or other sources. Location information is provided for convenience and may not always reflect exact physical conditions. Users should verify the physical location and follow appropriate directions and signage. Parkzzee is not responsible for accidents or losses caused solely by reliance on inaccurate third-party mapping information, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
24. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Parkzzee may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, mapping services, authentication providers, communication services, analytics providers, cloud service providers, LPR technology providers, parking hardware providers, and other technology providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Parkzzee does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for failures or actions of third parties except where required by applicable law.
25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property relating to the Parkzzee Platform, including the Parkzzee name, logo, branding, designs, graphics, software, source code, user interface, databases, content, text, trademarks, service marks, documentation, and other proprietary materials belongs to Parkzzee or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, sell, license, exploit, or create derivative works from Parkzzee's intellectual property without prior written authorization.
26. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content. Users represent that submitted content is accurate to the best of their knowledge, does not violate another person's rights, does not contain unlawful material, does not contain malicious software, does not impersonate another person, and does not violate applicable law. By submitting content, you grant Parkzzee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify the content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform.
27. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Reviews and ratings should reflect genuine experiences. Users must not submit fake reviews, manipulate ratings, threaten others to obtain reviews, offer fraudulent incentives for reviews, post defamatory or unlawful content, or review a Parking Space they did not legitimately use. Parkzzee may moderate or remove reviews that violate these Terms.
28. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Parkzzee may collect and process information necessary to operate the Platform, including name, phone number, email address, Vehicle registration information, Booking history, payment-related information, location information, device information, IP address, usage information, communications, and information required for security and fraud prevention. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Parkzzee's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
29. VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND LPR DATA
Where LPR or automated parking systems are used, Vehicle registration information and associated access records may be processed for purposes including verifying access, facilitating entry and exit, preventing unauthorized access, managing Bookings, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, system operation, and compliance with legal requirements. Such information may be shared with relevant service providers, Parking Providers, or authorities where permitted or required by law.
30. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR VEHICLE
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the Vehicle is legally registered, has valid insurance where required, is roadworthy, is legally permitted to be driven, is parked correctly, does not contain prohibited materials, and complies with applicable law. Parkzzee does not verify the legal status, ownership, roadworthiness, or insurance status of every Vehicle.
31. PARKING PROVIDER INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, Parking Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parkzzee, its owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of: ownership or operation of the Parking Space; unsafe conditions; Vehicle damage; theft; physical accidents; acts or omissions of Parking Provider personnel; inaccurate listing information; failure to honor a Booking; failure to comply with applicable laws; unauthorized operation of the Parking Space; or breach of these Terms.
