2. Information We Collect

• Account & Vehicle Data: Your name, phone number, email address, vehicle category (Sedan, SUV, Hatchback, EV, Two-Wheeler), and vehicle registration number (License Plate) required for space matching and automated barrier access.
• Location & GPS Data: Precise or approximate location data to display available parking stalls nearby, deliver turn-by-turn navigation, and trigger arrival geofences.
• License Plate Recognition (LPR) & Optical Telemetry: High-speed optical camera footage captured at facility entry and exit checkpoints solely to verify authorized bookings and automate gate barriers without paper tickets.
• Transaction & Billing Details: Transaction IDs, timestamp, duration of parking, and payment mode tokens. All payment processing is securely managed by RBI-compliant payment gateways. Parkzzee does not store raw credit/debit card numbers or CVVs.
• Device & Usage Logs: IP address, device model, browser type, operating system version, and system logs to ensure platform uptime and security.

3. How We Use Your Data

We collect and process your information for the following legitimate purposes:

• Dynamically matching drivers with vacant private, commercial, and tech park parking stalls.
• Executing automated gate opening and exit verification via sub-second LPR sensors.
• Processing parking tariffs, digital receipts, and GST-compliant invoicing.
• Providing customer support and real-time updates regarding bay availability or extended stays.
• Preventing fraudulent bookings and unauthorized access to partner parking facilities.

4. Sharing of Information

Parkzzee will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share required data with:

• Parking Facility Operators: Limited to license plate number, booking status, and entry/exit time to validate entry.
• Payment Gateway Partners: To securely process UPI, net banking, and card transactions under PCI-DSS standards.
• Legal & Statutory Authorities: When legally mandated under Indian statutory law or court directives.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement state-of-the-art security safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, secure IoT communication channels, and strict multi-factor access protocols for platform administrators. Data is housed in secure cloud environments compliant with Indian data localization guidelines.

6. Your Rights & Data Retention

You retain the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your account and registered vehicle details at any time. Operational transaction logs and invoice records are preserved as required by Indian taxation and accounting laws.
